Inova Fairfax Hospital – ICU - Med Surg is looking for a dedicated Clinical Technician 1 to join the team.
This schedule for this role will be Full -Time | Rotations: Days& Nights | 6:00AM-6:30PM & 6:00PM – 6:30AM | Rotating days, weekends & holidays |

Clinical Technician 1 – Job Responsibilities :

• Provides direct care to patients under direct supervision of registered nurses.
• Effectively communicates with team members, patients, and visitors.
• Maintains professionalism and integrity throughout the healthcare system.
• May perform additional duties as assigned
Training : Must be available for six (6) non-consecutive weeks of paid training, consisting of:
Virtual orientations (Two from 8AM -4:30PM)
Classroom-style sessions: 8AM – 4:30PM (6 shifts total)
Virtual training modules.
On-unit shifts
Minimum Qualifications:
• Education : High School diploma or equivalent.
• Certification : Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association, or obtain within 90 days of hire
• Special Skills : Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English
• Physical Requirements : Ability to lift minimum of 35lbs pounds
