We are hiring for multiple openings of Clinical Pharmacist positions in the Pharmacy Department at Providence Alaska Medical Center in Anchorage, AK!
Currently available schedules:
• Full time, 1.0 FTE, variable shift, 40 hours per week
• Per Diem, 0.01 FTE, variable shift, hours as needed.

The Clinical Pharmacist I has the responsibility for the provision of high-quality, individualized, cost-effective pharmaceutical care and integrated pharmacy operational services in collaboration with the healthcare team to optimize patient's medication therapy outcomes and quality of life.

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or
• PharmD in Pharmacy.
• Upon hire: Alaska Pharmacist License.
• Upon hire: Basic Life Support (BLS) - where applicable.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Acute care hospital pharmacy experience, 1 year or equivalent experience.
• Completion of ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency.
