Clinical Pharmacist - Pharmacy at Providence Holy Cross Medical Center in Mission Hills, CA. This position is per-diem and will work 8-hour, variable shifts.

The Clinical Pharmacist I has the responsibility for the provision of high-quality, individualized, cost-effective pharmaceutical care and integrated pharmacy operational services in collaboration with the healthcare team to optimize patient's medication therapy outcomes and quality of life.

Required Qualifications:
• PharmD in Pharmacy Doctorate or
• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy.
• Upon hire: California Pharmacist Registered.
• Upon hire: Basic Life Support (BLS) - where applicable.
• California Fire and Life Safety Card - National Organization within 30 days of hire.

Preferred Qualifications:
• 1 year Acute care hospital pharmacy experience or equivalent experience.
• Completion of ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency.
