Shift - 1430 - 2300, with an every 4th weekend commitment

🩺 What You'll Do
As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will: ✅ Provide pharmaceutical care and medication management for patients
✅ Review, verify, and dispense medications and IV therapies
✅ Conduct pharmacotherapy and pharmacokinetic consultations
✅ Monitor medication safety, adverse drug reactions, and medication errors
✅ Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary care teams
✅ Participate in clinical initiatives, patient care rounds, and quality improvement efforts
✅ Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations, policies, and best practices
🎓 Qualifications
• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or PharmD required
• Active Florida Pharmacist License required
• Hospital pharmacy experience preferred
