Overview
Assists the unit manager in supervision, coordination, education, and management of nursing personnel to ensure consistent standards of practice and competencies in the delivery of patient care services on an assigned shift.
Understands the needs of the organization and supports the mission, values, and management of patient care services.

Bachelor's Degree Nursing Required
Experience
Minimum of two (2) years of nursing experience in a related clinical specialty required.
Minimum of one (1) year of experience in teaching, precepting, or facilitating learning required.
One (1) year of leadership experience preferred.
