Clinical Education Program Coordinator - Workforce Development

Job description

This position is a member of the Workforce Development Department for Providence Medical Group and reports to the Supervisor Clinical Education RN. The duties of this professional position include developing, coordinating and delivering staff training and education. This position establishes effective working relationships with non-clinical staff, management staff and physicians to assess training needs and evaluate the effectiveness of current training programs.

Required Qualifications:
• Associate's Degree in Education, Business Administration, Leadership, or Communication or 2 years additional related experience.
• 3 years relevant ambulatory clinic experience.
• 2 years' experience in teaching adults of varying competency levels.
• 1 year EMR experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree.
• 1 year demonstrated experience in developing and delivering training of related programs, classroom training, or presentation skills.
