Position Summary
This position will be responsible for providing leadership and direction for ECU Corporate Health (ECUCH) clinical staff working in occupational health, worker's compensation and contracted positions in the community, including the groups and persons including the ECU Health Medical Group (ECUHMG) entities. The role includes oversight of RN's and clinic functions with a focus on clinical care and outcomes. The role will include the ability to perform as an Occupational Health Nurse (OHN) in the work area in addition to the core leadership functions. The role will also perform any duties as directed by the Directors and Administrators in OH as required to meet the business needs.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for managing clinical and other staff for assigned department.
• Performs duties of OHN and staffs clinics, as needed.
• Responsible for coordination and evaluation of occupational health services for assigned department.
• Coordinates and is accountable for organizational growth, performance, and compliance.
• Accountable for successful acheivement of operational and budgetary goals for assigned departments.
• Manages compliance related to various regulatory agencies.
• Collaborates with manager and assumes responsibility in absense of manager.
• Performs other duties as assigned by Directors and Administrator of ECU Health Corporate Health.
Minimum Requirements
4 year college degree is required.
Current NC RN licensure required.
Current CPR certification is required
OHN or Case Management training preferred.
Associates degree for 3 years of experience may be substituted for 4 year degree.
3 years experience Case Management or Occupational Health. Supervisory experience preferred.
American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
Pay Range
$72,259 - $105,328
