What You’ll Do
The Clinic Surgery Scheduler is responsible for the daily maintenance of the surgery and/or procedure schedule for one or more providers, and all aspects of the scheduling process. This includes strategizing, problem solving and ensuring high levels of customer service. Successful candidate will possess excellent critical thinking, communication and customer service skills as well as the ability to diffuse difficult scheduling conflicts efficiently.
Required Experience : 6 months clerical experience in a healthcare setting/physician office
Required Educational Degree : High School Diploma or GED
