Responsibilities
The Clinic – Receptionist serves as telephone operator, greets patients, and makes sure that necessary paperwork is completed. The Clinic – Receptionist collects co-pays/deductibles as per company policy, schedules and reschedules patients’ appointments per established protocols by provider, and serves as a primary customer service representative for the clinic. The Clinic – Receptionist completes other duties and special projects, as assigned or requested.
Qualifications
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Previous medical office receptionist experience preferred.
• BLS (AHA) upon hire and maintain current.
