As a Clinic Lab Phlebotomist, you'll provide safe, accurate specimen collection while promoting positive patient experiences and supporting laboratory excellence.
What You'll Do
Perform venipuncture, fingerstick, and heelstick collections. Verify patient identity and specimen labeling. Prepare and process laboratory specimens while maintaining specimen integrity. Support laboratory workflow and daily operations. Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare staff. Utilize laboratory information systems and maintain accurate documentation. Support quality assurance initiatives while promoting patient comfort and safety.
What You'll Bring
Required Qualifications
Strong phlebotomy skills with excellent attention to detail. Effective communication abilities and a patient-centered mindset. Strong organizational skills and the ability to support an accurate and efficient laboratory environment.
Preferred Qualities
Phlebotomy certification. Previous laboratory or healthcare experience. Customer service experience, particularly in a patient-facing environment.

Physical Requirements
Ability to perform work that requires standing and walking, repetitive specimen collection activities, and frequent interaction with patients.
Education, Certifications & Licensure
High school diploma or equivalent required. Phlebotomy certification preferred.
