Claxton-Hepburn Medical Center is seeking a compassionate and highly skilled Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) to join our clinical team in delivering comprehensive, high-quality direct outpatient care. In this role, you will foster collaborative clinical relationships, maintain precise documentation, champion excellence in pediatric patient care, and enjoy a fulfilling work-life balance in a supportive community setting.
Position Responsibilities:
• Provide direct, high-quality pediatric patient care in accordance with facility protocols and operational standards.
• Maintain accurate, thorough, and timely medical record documentation within 15 days of each patient encounter.
• Consistently meet or exceed annual productivity targets measured by work Relative Value Units (wRVU).
• Maintain active New York State licensure to practice as a Nurse Practitioner and maintain medical center credentialing.

The Ideal Candidate Will:
• Hold active New York State (NYS) licensure as a Nurse Practitioner with a specialty in Pediatrics.
• Successfully obtain and retain clinical credentialing through Claxton-Hepburn Medical Center.
• Successfully complete pre-employment background investigation, health testing, education/employment verifications, and professional reference checks.
