Job description
• JOB SUMMARY
• Coordinates and provides ministry and spiritual support to patients; their families; and Hendrick Health staff. Performs or arranges for religious services to meet patient needs. Carries out supervisory functions in conjunction with the department director.
• JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum Education
• Master of Divinity (M.Div.) or equivalent
• Minimum of four units of Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE)
• Minimum Work Experience
• 3 years
• Required Licenses/Certifications
• Required Skills; Knowledge; and Abilities
• Endorsement by a recognized religious authority
• Demonstrates interpersonal skills
• Excellent human relations and oral/written communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information
• Designated Driver
