• Schedule: Evening | Full-time

How you’ll make an impact in this role
• Decontamination & Sterilization: Clean, process, and sterilize surgical instruments, equipment, and containers following IFUs, AAMI standards, and infection control protocols while operating sterilization machinery.
• Inspection & Quality Assurance: Inspect instruments and sets for cleanliness, integrity, and proper function to identify repair needs, conduct peer quality audits, and ensure rigorous microbiological control.
• Set Assembly & Inventory Management: Assemble and validate complete instrument sets using count sheets and tracking systems, maintaining inventory levels to support case cart preparation.
• Documentation & Standards Compliance: Maintain thorough documentation for sterilization systems and quality assurance while adhering to established organizational protocols and regulatory standards.
• Mission-Driven Service: Promote core organizational values including reverence, integrity, stewardship, and dedicated service to deliver high-quality, compassionate care.

What minimum requirements you’ll need
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
• One or more of the following Required:
• Central Service Tech specializing in Sterile Processing credentialed from the Healthcare Sterile
• Processing Association obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
• Central Service Tech specializing in Sterile Processing credentialed from the Certification Board for Sterile Processing and Distribution (CBSPD) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

Education:
• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
• Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
