We are hiring for multiple openings of Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant positions in the Occupational Therapist Department at Providence Alaska Medical Center in Anchorage, AK!
Currently available schedules:
Full Time, 1.0, Day shift, 40 hours per week.
• $5,000 Hiring Bonus for eligible external hires that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment.
• Relocation Assistance available for eligible hires that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment.

Per Diem, 0.01 FTE, Day shift, hours as needed.

The Occupational Therapy Assistant implements therapy treatment plans under the direction of an Occupational Therapist and prescribed by a physician licensed in the state of Alaska.

Required Qualifications:
• Associate's Degree
• Graduate from program in Occupational Therapy Assistant. rr equivalent education/experience
• Upon hire: Alaska Occupational Therapy Assistant License Or
• Upon hire: Alaska Occupational Therapy Assistant Limited Permit Or
• Upon hire: Alaska Occupational Therapy Assistant Temporary License
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

Preferred Qualifications:
• 1 year Clinical experience with physical disabilities.
