Central Supply Distribution Technician - Central Supply

Job description

Reporting to the Central Service Manager or Supervisor in their absence, this position maintains a supply delivery service to all departments directly connected to patient care. Collects and enters patient charges for established departments/units. Uses established purchasing practices to maintain department inventory and supplies. Performs cleaning and disinfecting duties.

Required qualifications:
• California Fire and Life Safety Card - National Organization Within 30 days of hire.

Preferred qualifications:
• Upon hire: Certified Registered Central Service Technician - Healthcare Sterile Processing Association.
• 1 year in an acute care facility.
