UM St. Joseph Medical Center (UM SJMC), a member of University of Maryland Medical System (UMMS), is seeking a BE/BC Cardiologist- Electrophysiologist to join our hospital-based, 13-member cardiology group Towson, Maryland .
Job Specifics:
• Group comprised of 10 General Cardiologists, 2 interventional cardiologists, and 1 Electrophysiologist
• The ideal candidate will be board-certified/board-eligible electrophysiologist.
• Responsibilities include outpatient and inpatient consults, procedures, including ablation of SVT and VT, pulmonary vein isolation, left atrial occlusion devices and implantation of pacemakers, loop recorders, ICD and CRT devices.
• Access to modern electrophysiology lab and a state-of-the-art hybrid operating room
• High Volume coronary, cardiac surgery and structural heart intervention Program.
• Employed by University of Maryland St. Joseph Medical Group (UM SJMG)

Work Experience
Required Qualifications
• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Completion of an accredited Internal Medicine residency
• Completion of a clinical cardiac electrophysiology fellowship
• Active or eligible for state medical license DEA registration BLS/ACLS certification
