Overview
Preferred location is Bloomington, IL but will consider candidates in Champaign or Peoria.
The Healthcare Business Development Service Line Manager supports the planning, execution, and evaluation of growth initiatives for assigned clinical service lines. This role serves as a key liaison between physicians, operational leaders, marketing teams, and external stakeholders to advance strategic growth objectives, improve market position, expand patient access, and strengthen referral relationships.

Responsibilities
Support development and execution of growth strategies.
Coordinate strategic initiatives designed to increase patient volume, market share and service utilization.
Assist leadership in identifying opportunities for program expansion and geographic growth.
Support physician outreach and relationship-building activities.
Monitor referral patters and identify opportunities to improve provider engagement.
Facilitate communication between service line leadership and referring physicians.
Track project milestones and performance metrics.
Gather and analyze market data, demographic trends and utilization patterns. Prepare reports and presentations for leadership regarding growth opportunities and market performance. Participate in community outreach activities that support organizational growth objectives.
Represent organization in networking events.

Compensation and Benefits
The compensation range for this position is $36.7per hour - $63.12per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
