Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Killeen, TX | Clinic-Based | Full-Time or Part-Time
$90K-$102K/year + $5K sign-on/relocation bonus
Join HealthPro Pediatrics and provide individualized, play-based ABA therapy alongside speech, occupational, and physical therapy under one roof! Compensation & Benefits
• $90,000–$102,000 total earning potential between base salary + monthly bonus opportunities

Schedule
• Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities
• Monday–Friday | 8 AM–6 PM clinic hours
• Realistic billable expectations
• Optional weekend sessions available to make up missed hours

Clinical Support & Growth
• Play-based, assent-based, and child-led ABA
• Individualized treatment using NET and other clinically appropriate strategies
• Clinical judgment and autonomy are valued—no one-size-fits-all programming
• Multidisciplinary collaboration with BCBAs, BCaBAs, RBTs, SLPs, OTs, and PTs

Responsibilities
• Conduct functional behavior assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, Vineland) and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Oversee RBT implementation and provide ongoing clinical supervision and feedback
• Complete 62.5% billable hours of all hours worked each week
• Deliver parent/caregiver training to support generalization of skills
• Collaborate with other disciplines, school teams, and families to ensure coordinated care
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring for insurance and treatment plan reviews

Qualifications
• Active BCBA certification and Texas licensure (or eligibility)
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
• At least one year of experience working with children on the autism spectrum preferred
