Belvidere OR Team Lead (RN)

Job description

You may be eligible for a sign on bonus up to $15,000.
Work Schedule:
100% FTE, 7:00am-7:30pm. You will work at the UW Health Belvidere Hospital 1625 S State St.
Additional components of compensation may include:
Evening, night, and weekend shift differential
Overtime
On-call pay
Shift Differentials:
$4/hr for weekday evenings, $5/hr for weekday nights, $4.25/hr for weekend days, $8.25/hr for weekend evenings, $9.25/hr for weekend nights.

Qualifications
• Degree from an accredited School of Nursing Program. Required

Work Experience
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in an operating room and as a RN. Required Required
• Prior experience as a primary liaison between leadership and frontline staff, ensuring alignment of goals, expectations, and communication. Preferred Preferred

Licenses & Certifications
• Current Registered Nurse licensure from the State of Illinois. Required
• Biannual BLS and ACLS certification. Required
• Specialty certification through hospital approved certifications. Preferred
