POSITION SUMMARY
• The MCT, under supervision of the Unit Director/Charge Nurse/Staff LPN, provides routine patient care in accordance to MCB established policy and procedures. Delivers care based on patients’ needs appropriate to age and developmental level for the pediatric, adolescent, adult or geriatric patient. Demonstrates cooperation, flexibility, and resourcefulness when dealing with patient, visitors, physicians, and hospital personnel.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
• Minimum Education
• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum Experience
• N/A
• Required Registration/License/Certification
• BLS must be obtained within 30 days of hire date
• Preferred Education
• Certified as a Nursing Assistant
• Preferred Experience
• At least 6 months experience of experience as nursing assistant
• Preferred Registration/License/Certification
• BLS certification
• Other Requirements
• N/A
