What if your CDI expertise could shape the future of healthcare?
At Ensemble Health Partners' Orchestration Works, we're building the next generation of revenue cycle operations through AI, automation and advanced clinical reasoning. We're seeking a senior Clinical Documentation Integrity leader who understands how documentation impacts quality, coding, denials, reimbursement and physician engagement, and who is ready to help redesign how the work gets done.
This is not a traditional CDI operations role.
You'll serve as the clinical documentation subject matter expert within a fast-moving innovation team, partnering with product leaders, engineers, data scientists and AI specialists to create future-state workflows, validate emerging technologies, and develop solutions that improve documentation quality and downstream revenue cycle outcomes.
What You'll Do
• Reimagine clinical documentation workflows and identify upstream opportunities to improve accuracy at the point of care.
• Partner with clinicians, coding teams and revenue cycle experts to solve complex documentation challenges.
• Test and validate AI-assisted documentation solutions using real-world operational scenarios.
• Design scalable processes that reduce coding queries, denials and documentation-related friction.
• Translate deep CDI expertise into decision logic, workflows, models and operational guardrails.
• Drive innovation that delivers measurable quality, compliance and financial outcomes.

What We're Looking For
• Senior CDI leadership experience with enterprise-scale program oversight.
• Deep knowledge of clinical documentation, coding, quality outcomes, risk adjustment and regulatory requirements.
• Experience partnering with physicians, coding leaders and revenue cycle stakeholders.
• Strong process improvement, analytics and strategic leadership capabilities.
• Curiosity about AI, automation and transforming healthcare operations.

Why Orchestration Works?
• Join a dedicated innovation organization designed to operate at startup speed.
• Work directly on healthcare AI and automation initiatives.
• Influence solutions that can scale across the industry.
• Collaborate with some of the brightest minds in revenue cycle, product development and technology.
• A performance-based bonus opportunity built to reward innovation and real impact
• A comprehensive relocation package to help you settle in Austin

If you've spent your career leading CDI programs and are ready to help build what's next for healthcare, we'd love to talk.
Position pays between $150,000 - $250,000
