Job description
JOB SUMMARY
• The attendant is responsible for assisting the OR team with equipment and supplies necessary to perform surgical procedures. They are the first responder to equipment needs; and are able to trouble shoot equipment. Attendants function under the direction; instruction; and supervision of the OR supervisor. Attendants have a professional obligation to participate in committee activities; surveys; improvement initiatives; and continuing education.

• Minimum Education
• High School or equivalent
• Minimum Work Experience
• No previous experience
• Required Licenses/Certifications
• BCLS Certification within 30 days of hire
• Required Skills; Knowledge; and Abilities
• Maintains professional appearance at all times.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
