Job Details
In collaboration with the Director of Critical Care / Nurse Manager and Radiology Leadership, supervises nursing staff to ensure that appropriate clinical nursing practice and patient care decisions are made and that they are consistent with professional standards, rules, and regulations of governmental authorities of the Medical Center.
ANCC RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Coordinate patient care, staffing, and assignments based on patient acuity and clinical needs.
• Provide comprehensive nursing care, including patient assessment, monitoring, medication administration, sedation, contrast, and procedural support.
• Assist radiologists with complex procedures and manage specialized clinical equipment.
• Develop and adjust individualized care plans while educating and advocating for patients and families.
• Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff through training, competency development, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Maintain patient safety, infection control, regulatory compliance, quality standards, and effective departmental operations.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in special procedures / radiology
• Previous leadership experience preferred

Salary Range
USD $60.14 - USD $69.40 /Hr.
This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. The salary range or rate listed does not include any differential pay or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job and it does not include the value of benefits.
