How you’ll make an impact in this role
• Lead daily nursing operations to ensure seamless department workflows, high-quality patient outcomes, and alignment with clinical standards.
• Assess and coordinate patient care needs in real time, matching daily clinical demand with appropriate staffing and resources.
• Empower and develop clinical teams by delegating tasks based on individual strengths, conducting ongoing evaluations, and supporting professional growth.
• Drive continuous quality improvement by leading clinical audits and updating operational processes to elevate patient safety standards.
• Partner with department leadership to recruit, hire, and onboard top-tier talent while building a collaborative work culture.

What minimum requirements you’ll need
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• BLS Provider preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education:
• Required professional licensure/certification AND 1 year of cumulative job specific experience required.
