• Rate: $375 per hour
• Start Date: January 2
• Location: Eastern Long Island
• Annual Case Volume: Less than 4000 cases
• Operating Rooms: 3 rooms running 3 days per week, 2 rooms running 2 days per week
• No Nights or Weekends
• Specialties: Ophthalmology, GI, and Pain Management
