This opportunity is located on the north side of Indianapolis at Community Hospital North and Community Heart & Vascular Hospital. HighlightsCommunity Physician Network is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, to work alongside our Pulmonary Hypertension team at Community Hospital North in Indianapolis, IN.4-10 hour shifts weekly, including in office and virtual home visits.
