This Advanced Practice Provider opportunity is located at our Community Heart and Vascular Hospital on our north campus. HighlightsCommunity Physician Network is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to work alongside our General Cardiology team at Community Heart and Vascular Hospital located in Indianapolis, IN.Full-time, daysWeekend/call rotation is required.
