Administrative Assistant - Case Management

Job description

Provides administrative support to Care Management. Performs various functions, such as: Preparing correspondence, Medi-Cal TAR control, utilization review statistics, and other projects as assigned. Responds to patients and families with knowledge of age specific, young adult, middle adult and older adult needs based on scope of service of units/department where assigned.

Required qualifications:
• 3 years of experience in Healthcare.
• 2 years of Utilization Review, Admitting or Business Office.
• Medical terminology.
• Computer experience with knowledge of Microsoft Word (Windows) and Internet.
