This is an exceptional opportunity for an agile professional who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional healthcare environment and enjoys solving complex operational problems with a mix of project management, data analysis, and change leadership skills.
What You'll Do
Due Diligence & Planning
• Participate in due diligence activities to assess operational risks, evaluate clinic readiness, and prepare comprehensive integration plans.
• Translate deal-specific insights, regulatory considerations, and due diligence findings into actionable, execution roadmaps.

Integration Planning & Execution
• Help build detailed integration plans with key stakeholders across multiple departments—including Deal Depot, local and national operations, People Services, IT, Clinical Services, Learning & Development, and Provider Experience.
• Facilitate and participate in regular internal and external project meetings, maintaining comprehensive project documentation and action logs.
• Manage comprehensive project timelines before, during, and for a defined period following deal close.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams to ensure key operational milestones and integration deliverables are met on schedule.
• Proactively monitor project progress, identify and flag operational risks, and drive swift resolution of roadblocks as they arise.
• Work directly with sellers and internal leadership teams when needed to align expectations, streamline communications, and ensure a smooth transition experience.
• Support communication and change enablement efforts to ensure incoming teammates are informed, engaged, and empowered throughout the integration.
• Track and analyze integration performance metrics to monitor operational progress and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
• Create executive presentations, reports, and dashboards for regular leadership updates.
• Document new processes, capture lessons learned, and contribute to the ongoing development of the integration playbook.
• Demonstrate resilience and agility by thriving in a dynamic healthcare environment and seamlessly transitioning workflows to meet short-term goals and long-term integration milestones.

Qualifications and work requirements
• Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Required 7-10 years of DaVita experience in the FA, MCS role (or similar)
• Solid working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Agile problem-solving capabilities with a proven track record in change execution.
• Demonstrated ability to successfully function independently and productively in a remote work environment.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills across all levels of leadership.
• A proactive mindset—curious, adaptable, self-driven, and comfortable navigating ambiguity.
• Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities under tight timelines.
• A genuine passion for driving meaningful organizational change and making complex projects feel simple and structured.
