Duties & Responsibilities
• Supervise and direct nursing unit activities to ensure high-quality patient care and efficient nursing operations within the department
• Oversee all nursing staff personnel, including scheduling and performance management
• Direct and monitor unit quality initiatives and compliance with standards
• Serves as a unit leader for quality patient outcomes and patient satisfaction goals

Qualifications
• Licensed Registered Nurse in South Carolina.
• Minimum of three (3) years clinical experience
• Supervisory experience
• Master's degree required within three (3) years of date of hire. If the Master's Degree is not in nursing then BSN is required with a Master's Degree in related field as approved by the Director/ AVP or CNO.
• Certification in nursing executive (NE-BC) or nursing executive, advance (NEA-BC) or ability to obtain within 24 months is required
• Continue to learn and grow professionally through accepting assignments with differing nursing staff training initiatives, development programs, and involvement in professional organization.
